Path Integrated Health, a progressive, client-first organization is seeking a Collaborating Physician for immediate placement to collaborate with up to 5 of our Nurse Practitioners.

Responsibilities include:

·       Collaborating with up to 5 Nurse Practitioners

·       Reviewing and signing off on at least 5% of notes for each provider

·       Effective communication with all necessary parties. Responding to all communication within 24 hours of receiving

o   Nurse Practitioners

o   Medical Director

o   Human Resources

o   Operations Team

This position reports directly to the Medical Director.

Requirements:

• The collaborating physician must be actively engaged in direct clinical practice in Ohio and practicing in a specialty that is the same as, or similar to, the APRN's nursing specialty in accordance with section 4723.431(A) of the Ohio Revised Code.
• MD License
