Human Resources Generalist
Title: HR Generalist
Responsible To: HR Director
Work Environment: Will be responsible for multiple work locations. Expected to spend time at all locations.
Summary: As a Human Resources Generalist at Path Behavioral Healthcare, you play an integral role in building and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters empathy, respect, and a shared commitment to zero barrier access to services. Your role encompasses various HR tasks such as coordinating hiring efforts, managing employee documentation, the successful facilitation of employee onboarding and orientation, and managing employee relation issues as they occur. The work you do each day directly contributes to creating an efficient and supportive work environment for a team committed to changing lives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining compliance with PATH guidelines and state regulations.
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
- Collect all necessary onboarding documents for processing
- Facilitate orientation for new hires
- Keep employee files up-to-date and organized.
- Assist regional leadership in managing disciplinary actions and resolving grievances.
- Act as a key contact for both applicants and employees, responding to inquiries regarding standard policies.
- Uphold the confidentiality of HR information to maintain employee trust.
- Adhere to organizational standards to guarantee quality service.
- Undertake additional duties as necessary, which will include travel to the facilities you will be supporting.
Qualifications:
- College degree in a Human Resource related field or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resource role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat Tools.
