SALARY:$70,000-$90,000 annually
SUMMARY:PATH Behavioral Healthcare’s adolescent day treatment program is
lookingfor a new fully licensed clinician to join our team! We work with at risk youth
dealingwith a verity of struggles in both Day treatment (9am-3pm) and IOP (4pm6pm)settings. This position would include working directly with adolescents ages12-
17 inindividual and group settings, as well as with their families and care givers.This
is ahighly collaborative position that includes managing your own case load while
workingwith a diverse staff of clinicians, med providers, and behavior managers. We
offertraining, clinical meetings, and weekly burnout support meetings.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Support the ongoing therapeutic progress of the adolescent clients in
treatmentas well as their families.
2.Manage a client caseload of 5-8 individual clients as well as group therapy
forgroups of up to 12 clients.
3.Provide clinical counseling, diagnostic interviews, assessments, and
preparationand delivery of treatment plans to children, adolescent, and
adultpatients.
4.Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy for clients in a
supportive,stigma-free environment.
5.Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary care team to develop
customizedtreatment plans and ensure holistic care for clients.
6.Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the forefront of best
practicesand emerging trends in mental health care.
7.Champion mental health awareness and equitable access to care within the
community.
8.Commit to being respectful of cultural diversity, religious and personal
valuesand traditions of clients and their families in alignment with

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Candidate must have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health, Social
Work, orMarriage and Family Therapy.
Licensure:Candidates must possess one of the following licenses: LMFT, LCSW, CMHC
Experience/Skills:Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical
experience.
PhysicalEffort: Requires the ability to work under stressful conditions and to work
irregularhours. Requires sitting for extended periods of time, viewing computer
monitors,and keyboarding.
CommunicationSkills: Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written
communicationskills in order to communicate professionally via telephone and in
writing.Strong grammar and writing skills are crucial for clear and concise
communicationwith clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
EssentialTechnical/Motor Skills: Candidates must achieve competency in the
ElectronicHealth Record (EHR) program, telemedicine services, and any additional
softwareprograms utilized by the company, ensuring efficient access and updating of
clientinformation. The role requires fine dexterity, adept handling, and proficient
grippingabilities to perform various tasks.
Background:The candidate must pass all federal and state background checks, and
theireducational and work history will be confirmed incompliance with company
policies.
